RELEVANT GAMES READIES FAT CHICKEN FOR MARKET ON DECEMBER 4
DURHAM, NC – November 19, 2014 – Fat Chicken, the single-player factory farm-raised tower offense video game from Relevant Games, today entered the final inspection phases of development with its official release date being December 4th 2014, which the studio revealed alongside a new game trailer.
“There’s a complexity to modern-day agribusiness that just seemed to make the perfect inspiration for a lighthearted but engrossing strategy game,” said Michael Tata, Head of Publishing at Relevant Games. “For the past several months we’ve been receiving great feedback in Early Access and we’re thrilled to share that complete vision with players in two weeks.”

Fat Chicken twists the tower defense genre, tasking players to shepherd flocks of farm animals from stable to slaughterhouse with as much marketable meat on their bones as possible. An array of offensive and protective tower choices and upgrades aid in plumping up livestock while fighting off obstacles like hunger, dehydration, antibiotic resistance, protestors, alien saucers and more.
The fully cooked Fat Chicken will be served on December 4 for PC, Mac and Linux via Steam and the Humble Store. It will also be available in the App Store for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
